Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Remove intake air tube.
2. Remove front exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold nuts.
3. Remove exhaust support bracket.
4. Disconnect Exhaust Gas Oxygen (EGO) sensor.
5. Remove exhaust manifold nuts and manifold.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten exhaust manifold to 29-42 ft lb.
