Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove righthand radiator support and brace.
3. Disconnect intercooler outlet hose at throttle inlet and position aside, if equipped.
4. Remove engine lifting eye ground wire.
5. Place drain pan below power steering pump, then disconnect power steering pump inlet and return lines, then plug lines.
6. Remove power steering pressure switch electrical connector.
7. Remove pump bracket adjusting screw, nut and block, then remove pivot bolt.
8. Position pump below bracket, then remove bracket attaching nut and bolts.
9. Remove pump bracket, then remove pump assembly.
10. Reverse procedure to install. Torque all attaching nuts and bolts to specifications.
