Front Stabilizer Bar Installation
1. Position the stabilizer bar into the vehicle.
2. Secure the stabilizer bar to the chassis frame with bolts. Tighten the bolts to 43-59 N.m (32-43 lb4t).
3. Position the chassis frame to the vehicle frame. Tighten the mounting bolts and nuts to 93-127 N.m (69-93 lb-ft).
Front Stabilizer Bar Removal:
4. Position the crossmember to the vehicle frame and the transaxle mounts. Tighten the bolts and nuts as shown.
Installing Front Lower Control Arm:
5. Install the stabilizer bar bolts, sleeves, bushings, washers and nuts. Tighten the stabilizer bolts so that 17-19mm (O.67-0.75 in) of thread is exposed at the end of the bolt.
6. Position the steering gear to the vehicle frame and secure it with the brackets and nuts. Tighten the nuts to 37-52 N.m (28-38 lb-ft).
7. Install the wheels. Tighten the lug nuts to 88-118 N.m (65-87 lb-ft).
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Remove the Three Bar Engine Support.
