Courtesy Lamp: Description and Operation

Voltage is applied at all times through Fuse 8 to the Main Light Switch, Door Switches and other switches for individual lamps.

When the Dimmer Switch knob is turned fully ON, or if a Door Switch is closed, current flows through the dome Lamp.
