NO MANUAL 2ND GEAR1. Electrical inputs/outputs, vehicle wiring harness, Powertrain Control Module (PCM), and shift solenoids.
2. Shift linkage/cable, Manual Lever Position (MLP) sensor damaged or improperly adjusted.
3. Main control valve body retaining bolts loose.
4. Main control valve body gaskets improperly positioned.
5. Main control valve body valves stuck or improperly assembled.
6. Shift solenoids stuck or damaged.
7. Clutch assembly stuck, damaged, or improperly assembled.
8. Drive sprocket support assembly seals damaged, missing, or holes blocked.
9. Low one-way clutch assembly, not overrunning, damaged.
10. Low intermediate band worn, burnt damaged, or improperly assembled.
