Fuel Pump Relay: Service and Repair

The Fuel Pump relay is located in the Integrated Relay Control Module (IRCM) and is not serviceable separately.

REMOVAL

1. Remove radiator sight shield.
2. Disconnect electrical connector.
3. Remove IRCM assembly located on radiator support.


INSTALLATION

1. Install IRCM assembly on radiator support.
2. Connect electrical connector.
3. Tighten retaining nuts to 71-106 in lb (8-12 Nm).
4. Install radiator sight shield.
