1. From inside luggage compartment, disconnect two-pin sensor connector from wiring harness pushing sensor wire through hole in floor.
2. From below vehicle, remove sensor wire from routing bracket located on top of rear axle carrier housing.
3. Remove attaching screw from clip, holding sensor wire and brake tube bracket on axle.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Ensure split ring is located in groove properly. Opening in ring should not line up with notch in tube shaped sensor retainer.
b. Install sensor into bracket with notch correctly aligned with bracket. Push sensor until split ring locks sensor into place.
5. Remove sensor to rear adapter retaining bolt, then remove sensor.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque retaining bolt to 40-60 inch lbs.
b. Torque sensor and brake tube to bracket retaining screw to 40-60 inch lbs.
