Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Mark air and coolant hoses for ease of assembly, and remove hoses from valve.
3. Remove electrical connector.
4. Remove attaching bolts.
5. Remove valve.

INSTALLATION

1. Position valve and install attaching bolts.
2. Install electrical connector.
3. Install air and coolant hoses.
4. Refill cooling system and check for leaks.
