ISSUE:
The 1991 Non-NAAO Engine/Emissions Diagnosis Manual has been revised. These revisions also apply to the 1990 Non-NAAO Engine/Emissions Diagnosis Manual. The 1991 updated Sections are listed below, with corresponding 1990 Sections in parentheses:
