Assembly

1. Slide clutch hub into the clutch hub sleeve.
2. Install synchronizer keys and springs.
3. Press on new bearing cone at 1st gear end, using shaft protector tool No. D80L-625-4 and bearing cone replacement tool No. T88C-7025-DH and axle bearing/seal plate tool No. T75L-1165-B or equivalents.
4. When installing synchronizer ring and clutch hub assembly, align the synchronizer ring groove and the synchronizer key.
5. Press on 1st gear, synchronizer ring and clutch hub assembly.
6. Install retaining ring, then press on synchronizer ring, 2nd gear and main 3rd gear.
7. Install retaining ring, then press on main 4th gear.
8. Press on new bearing cone at 4th gear end.
