Assembly

Installing Speedometer Drive Gear & Bearing Cone:

1. Install speedometer drive gear and bearing cone using driver handle tool No. T80T-4000-W or a press, and differential bearing cone replacement tool No. T88C-77000-EH or equivalents.
2. Install bearing cone (ring gear end) as described in step 1.
3. Install thrust washers and pinions.
4. Install pinion shaft and knock pin, then crimp knock pin so it may not be removed.
5. Install thrust washers and side gears.
