A staked nut is used to retain the bearing and hub in position on the spindle. The staked nut cannot be reused. Rear lateral links base part No. 5A995 are available in a solid (left side) and adjustable (right side) type. Both types are interchangeable side-to-side. When replacement of the solid link is necessary, an adjustable link should be installed.
