Rear Shoulder Belt Retractor, Guide, and Anchor

REMOVAL
1. Remove the speaker and grille assembly.
2. Remove the trunk side trim panel. For the station wagon, also remove the "C" pillar trim panel.






3. Remove the rear shoulder belt retractor mounting bolt(s).






4. Remove the rear shoulder belt guide mounting bolt.
5. Pull up the rear seat cushion to gain access to the rear shoulder belt anchor.






6. Remove the rear shoulder belt anchor mounting bolt and remove the assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. Place the rear shoulder belt anchor into its mounting position and install the anchor mounting bolt. Tighten the bolt to 38-78 Nm (28-58 ft lbs).
2. Place the rear seat cushion into its original position.
3. Place the rear shoulder belt guide into its mounting position and install the belt guide mounting bolt. Tighten the bolt to 38-78 Nm (28-58 ft lbs).
4. Place the rear shoulder belt retractor into its mounting position and install the retractor mounting bolt. Tighten the bolt to 38-78 Nm (28-58 ft lbs).
5. Install the trunk side trim panel.
6. Install the speaker and grille assembly.
