With Analog Voltmeter

1. START engine and bring up to operating temperature.
IF ENGINE WILL NOT START, proceed with No Start Symptom Test.

2. Turn the key OFF, wait ten seconds.
3. Turn analog voltmeter ON.
4. Turn ignition key ON.
5. Observe analog voltmeter needle sweeps for any code indications.
6. Record all codes received.
7. Turn the ignition key OFF.

IF NO CODES ARE STORED AND ENGINE STARTS, proceed with Key On Engine Running Self Test. Key On Engine Running (KOER) Self-Test

IF ANY CODES ARE RECEIVED, proceed with Erase and Retest. QT5-QT6 - Key On Engine Off Test/Erase and Retest

IF NO CODES ARE RECEIVED AND ENGINE DOES NOT START, proceed with No Start Symptom Test.
