Refer to Fig. 11 for diagnosis of the cooling fan system w/A/C.
Diagnosis of the cooling fan controller can be performed by taking voltage and continuity readings at the controller connector, with the connector plugged into the controller. The readings should be obtained at the indicated connector pins. if the indicated reading is not present, refer to system diagnosis to determine origin of problem.
