Electric Actuators Replace

Blend Door Actuator
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Loosen I/P and pull back from cowl.
3. Disconnect blend door actuator electrical connector from bracket on evaporator case.
4. Remove three actuator attaching screws.
5. Lift actuator straight up approximately 1/2 inch to disengage it, then pull back toward passenger compartment and remove from vehicle. The mounting bracket will remain in place on the evaporator case.
