Rear Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal: Service and Repair

1. Remove transaxle, flywheel and rear cover plate.
2. Using suitable tool, punch hole in seal metal between seal lip and cylinder block. Using suitable slide hammer remove seal.
3. Coat crankshaft seal area and seal lip with engine oil, then install seal using suitable driver.
4. Install rear cover plate, then the flywheel and transaxle. Torque all bolts to specifications.
