Fig. 12 Dust Seal Removal:

1. With halfshaft removed, use a light duty hammer and screwdriver to tap evenly around seal until unseated and remove seal, Fig. 12.

Assembly

Fig. 13 Dust Seal Installation:

Using spindle/axle seal tool T83T-3132-A1 and dust seal installer tool T83P-3425-AH or equivalent, install dust seal, Fig. 13. The dust seal flange must face outboard.
