MANUAL LINKAGE ADJUST
1. Place transmission selector lever in overdrive position.

2. Raise and support vehicle and loosen manual lever shift rod retaining nut, as shown in the Manual Linkage images.
3. Hold selector lever against rearward stop by placing an 3-5 lb weight on lever.
4. Move transmission manual lever to overdrive position, third detent position from full clockwise position, then torque attaching nut to 10-15 ft lbs.
5. Check transmission operation in all selector lever positions.
