Outboard Attachments:

REMOVAL
1. Remove D-ring cover.
2. Insert bolt bit and remove belt bolt.
3. Remove safety belt anchor-to-sill bolt and rubber washer.
4. Remove scuff plate/quarter trim panel retaining screws and panel.
5. Remove safety belt through slot in quarter trim panel.
6. Remove safety belt retractor bolt.
7. Remove outboard safety belt assembly from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Reverse the removal procedure and position the safety belt components.
2. Tighten retaining bolts to 30-43 Nm (23-32 lb-ft). Cycle the system several times to ensure proper operation of the retractor. Ensure safety belt is not twisted.
