1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove brake caliper, then support and position aside.
3. Mark inside strut mounting block for installation alignment.
4. Remove steering knuckle to strut attaching nuts and bolts.
5. Remove brake line hose to strut attaching clip, then position brake line hose aside.
6. Remove strut mount to strut tower attaching nuts.
7. Remove strut and spring assembly, then compress spring using Rotunda Spring Compressor tool No. 086-00029 or equivalent.
8. Remove strut rod nut, then carefully release spring compressor.
9. Remove strut mounting block, upper spring seat, bump stopper, coil spring and lower spring seat from strut.
10. Reverse procedure to install.
