AFFECTED VEHICLES

Certain 1991 and 1992 model Capris manufactured between August 22, 1991 and February 10, 1992.

REASONS FOR RECALL

If the car is involved in a frontal crash at extremely high temperatures, the air bag may malfunction and it will not provide the intended level of protection.

To correct this condition, the air bag module will be replaced.
