Reglue Procedures

^ Apply adhesive (Specification 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive Part # 051135-08008) to the "B" pillar and convertible top cover material to attach the cover to the "B" pillar frame. Refer to Figure 34.

^ Adhere convertible top cover material to "B" pillar frame.

NOTE:
Position vertical sew line on convertible top cover material evenly with corner edge of "B" pillar flange. Additionally the lower edge sew line should be horizontal and in line with the rest of the cover material.

^ Fit two foam strips onto each "B" pillar flange.





^ Ensure one foam strip is fitted against the outboard edge - View "A", Figure 35.

^ Ensure second foam strip is fitted on facing flange - View "B", Figure 35.





^ Refit the two "B" pillar weatherstrips ensuring seal is correctly located on "B" pillar lower face tab. Refer to Figure 36.
