8. Disconnect existing 3/8" vacuum hose from filling located between runners 1 and 2 in intake manifold and reconnect onto existing filling located between runners 1 and 2. Refer to Figure 1.

CAUTION
Do not over tighten fitting

9. Install new PCV intake filling (item 3) in the threaded hole located between runners 1 and 2 in the intake manifold. Tighten filling to 14-16 N-m (10-12 ft-lb). Side nipples should be oriented horizontally. Refer to Figure 1.

10. Position supplied clamps (item 6) onto 1/4" hoses leading from heater hoses and connect them to nipples on PCV intake filling. Tighten clamps. Refer to Figure 1.

11. Remove fuel pressure regulator vacuum connector from nipple in intake manifold. Refer to Figure 1.

12. Position the EVAP harness (item 5) as shown in Figure 2.

a. Connect the nylon tubing to the 1/4" diameter rubber hose previously disconnected from the nylon tee in the PCV hose. Cut the hose to length, if required.

b. Connect the short rubber hose (located at the nylon tee of the EVAP harness) to the intake manifold nipple.

c. Reconnect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum connector to the open end of the nylon tee.

13. Attach PCV hose (item 2) to PCV valve/elbow assembly (item 1). Install PCV valve into grommet in rocker cover. Attach the other end onto the PCV intake fitting located between runners 1 and 2 of the intake manifold. Refer to Figure 2.
