Test 9, EEC IV Wiring

1. Disconnect in-line connector near TFI module, then crank engine.
2. If spark is present, check PIP-A and ignition ground signal wires for continuity to EEC and service as necessary. If satisfactory, EEC IV system must be diagnosed.
3. If spark is not present, proceed to TEST 10.
