Idle Speed: Adjustments

1984-90
5.8L (351) engine, disconnect the VOTM vacuum hose (AC only). Set idle speed to spec. Apply manifold vacuum to the VOTM and set speed-up speed to spec. To set fast idle, disconnect and plug the EGR vacuum hose.
