A/C-Heater System Electrical Wiring Diagram And Continuity Test:

Refer to the electrical wiring diagram and continuity test schematic. Check for continuity between the connector terminals as shown on the wiring diagram. Use a self-powered test lamp and check terminal continuity at every lever position. The lamp should go on for each connected pair of terminals. There should be no continuity between the battery ground (-) terminal and the switch case.
