Clutch Switch: Adjustments

Fig. 87 Clutch Pedal Height Adjustment:

Measure distance from center of clutch pedal to lower dash panel. Pedal height must measure 8.44-8.64 inches, Fig. 87. If pedal height is not within specifications, proceed as follows:
1. Remove sound deadening cover from under instrument panel.
2. Loosen locknut, then turn clutch switch until desired pedal height is obtained.
3. Tighten locknut, then measure pedal height. Repeat step 1, if pedal height is not within specifications.
