ISSUE: The Quick Tests and Pinpoint Tests, used in Section 24-01 of the 1989 Tracer Shop Manual, for Fuel System Diagnosis have been revised. In addition, new electrical and vacuum schematics have been added to supplement the Engine Emission Controls Diagnostics at the end of Section 24-01.

ACTION: Refer to the pages following this TSB article for the revised Quick Tests and Pinpoint Tests for the Fuel System Diagnosis. The new electrical and vacuum schematics are also included for the Engine Emission Controls Diagnosis. This information should be inserted in your 1989 Tracer Shop Manual, Section 24-01.
