Intake Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2. Remove intake plenum, then disconnect hoses and electrical connectors, as necessary, to permit intake manifold removal.
3. Remove intake manifold attaching bolts, then remove intake manifold and gasket.
4. Reverse procedure to install. When installing intake manifold, tighten attaching bolts alternately and evenly.
