LABOR ALLOWANCE

Replace the Catalyst Assembly; Prepare the Removed Catalyst for Return; Prepare and Attach the Preprinted Authorized Modifications Decal (Provided in the Parts Kit), Provide Owner With State of California Vehicle Emission Recall - Proof of Correction Certificate.

^ Front Wheel Drive (FWD) Cars, Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864 ... 0.8 Hr.

^ All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Cars .... Insert in Box "C" on Form 1864 ... 0.8 Hr.


Note:
Add 0.1 Hour Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Parts and Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.

PARTS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

REMOVED CATALYSTS MUST BE RETURNED, PREPARE AND RETURN THE REMOVED CATALYSTS.

REMOVE EXCESS WEIGHT FROM THE CATALYSTS BY CUTTING AND DISCARDING PIPES/FLANGES AS CLOSE TO THE CATALYST SHELL AS PRACTICAL.

THE FPS-700 PARTS DISPOSITION TAG WILL BE SENT TO YOU FOR EACH VEHICLE SERVICED. REFER TO WARRANTY AND POLICY MANUAL SECTION 7.0, PAGES 7 AND 10. HOLD THE REMOVED CATALYSTS UNTIL THE FPS-700 TAG IS RECEIVED AND RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE TAG.



FAILURE TO RETURN REMOVED CATALYSTS WILL RESULT IN CLAIM CHARGEBACK.

RETURN CATALYSTS VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS). CLAIM FOR PREPAID FREIGHT ON DWE USING FORM 1863.
