Oil Pump: Service and Repair

Oil Pump Removal:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove oil pan as described under OIL PAN.
3. Remove oil pump bolts and oil pump, Fig. 14, from engine. Remove intermediate driveshaft from oil pump.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
