LABEL IDENTIFICATION/ORDERING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT LABEL ORDERING INFORMATION
Before ordering a label you must know whether or not the car was originally manufactured for sale in California. This is important because, California Warranty coverage is provided for cars that were sold in California and the Emission Label "Certificate of Conformity" statement on the label verifies that coverage.
When an owner requests that a replacement label be ordered, verify, using OASIS, which label to order. An OASIS print out will verify coverage with the statement "Eligible for California Coverage". When this statement appears on the OASIS message, order a California label.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT THE CORRECT LABELS BE ORDERED AND ATTACHED TO CARS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA AND FEDERAL EMISSIONS REGULATIONS.
