Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Remove evaporator case as previously described.
2. Remove three access cover retaining screws, then pry cover open with screwdriver.
3. Remove two screws on blower scrolls to lower case and the two screws attaching the deice thermostat.
4. Separate evaporator case halves by removing connecting clips sealing case.
5. Remove one screw retaining blower motor to case as required, then remove evaporator core and/or blower motor as required.
6. Reverse procedure to install, being careful to correctly align deice thermostat sensor during installation.
