Distributor Cap: Testing and Inspection

1. Check distributor cap and rotor for damage, carbon tracking or other conditions that might prevent starting.
2. If cap and/or rotor is unsatisfactory, replace as necessary, then try to start engine. If engine does not start, proceed to TEST 7.
