D-Ring Retainer

REMOVAL
1. Remove cover by gently prying with a small screwdriver.






2. On driver's side unscrew D-ring retaining nut and remove D-ring.
3. On passenger side unscrew D-ring retaining bolt and remove D-ring, bolt, spacer, and paper washer.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Steps 1, 2 and 3.
2. Tighten D-ring nut to 25-45 Nm (18-33 ft lbs).
3. Ensure D-ring is free to rotate.
