Engine Overheats


Condition
1. Low pressure reading too high.
2. High pressure reading too high.
3. Air bubbles in sight glass.
4. Liquid line too hot.
5. Center vent temperature too high.

Cause
1. Condenser cooling fan not activated above 268 psi.
2. Condenser cooling fins damaged or condenser blocked.
3. Engine cooling system malfunctioning.

Correction
1. Check cooling fan operation and correct as necessary.
2. Repair or replace condenser as necessary.
3. Service cooling system as necessary.
