Front Suspension Assembly:

1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly.
2. Disconnect stabilizer bar link from lower control arm.
3. Remove shock absorber, Fig. 9.
4. Remove steering center link from pitman arm.
5. Compress coil spring with a suitable spring compressor, tool D78P-5310-A or equivalent.
6. Remove two lower control arm pivot bolts and disengage arm from crossmember.
7. Remove spring from vehicle.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
