DEALERS IN PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS MUST USE CARES OR OASIS TO DETERMINE IF A VEHICLE IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS RECALL.
Tell owners of any other recalls that may be uncompleted. Complete all recalls during a single visit by the owner.

CORRECT ALL, VEHICLES IN STOCK BEFORE DELIVERY.
PROMPTLY CORRECT
Affected units on the enclosed list. If no vehicle. listing is enclosed, you are not involved at this time, and this Service Recall Bulletin is for information only.
Other eligible vehicles which are brought to your dealership.
NOTICE
Owners may inform the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration if the recall is:
- not performed without charge.
- not performed in a reasonable time.
DEALER-OWNER
Immediately contact any owner whose name is not on the list. Give the owner a copy of the Owner letter.
SUPERVISING LOCATION
Advise your supervising Ford location or this office if:
- an owner cannot be contacted.
- an owner does not make a service date.
Discuss your recall concerns with the service Office of your supervising Ford location.
REIMBURSEMENT FORM 1864
Submit Form 1864 claims for all completed recalls. The Forms must be filled out and signed by authorized dealer personnel. Dealers must submit the second copy of the Forms 1864 for reimbursement.
