PARTS REQUIREMENTS

Total requirement of screws (10 screws per package) will be direct shipped to all dealers who have vehicle involvement in this recall. Order additional parts requirements from Wixom. Do not order recall parts from Windsor Export Supply. Order all requirements directly from Wixom using the mailing address on page No. 1 of this Bulletin. Review service records to determine if any air intake SERVICE body assemblies (Part No. E83Z-9E926-D) were sold. Contact the purchasers immediately and provide them copies of the owner letter notifying them to bring their vehicles in for inspection and, if necessary, correction.

All parts must be tagged with a Form 340, "Customer Request for Credit on Return Parts and Accessories" coded L "Campaign Parts". Dealers are then to notify the Service Recall activity in Wixom by the same means as for ordering recall parts. Disposition instructions will be issued and cost reimbursement will cover parts value and related IMPOCOST.
