ISSUE: A "clicking" noise from the engine compartment during start and stop driving modes or when driving on rough roads may be caused by a weak engine mount insulator.

ACTION: Install a new design engine mount insulator that is made from a stronger material. Refer to the 1988 Car Shop Manual, Volume D, Section 21-21 for removal and installation instructions.
