With A/C



REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
2. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.
3. Working inside the vehicle, remove the floor duct from the plenum (two screws) and the instrument panel (one screw), and evaporator assembly (one screw).

4. Remove the four screws attaching the heater core cover to the evaporator case.
5. Remove the heater core and cover from the plenum.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the heater core and cover to the evaporator case. Insert the heater core tubes through the dash panel seal holes.
2. Support the heater core and cover in place. Install four attaching screws.
3. Position the floor duct to the evaporator case and instrument panel. Install the four attaching screws.
4. Connect the heater hoses to the heater core. Tighten the hose clamps only to specification.
5. Fill the radiator with the correct coolant mixture to the specified level.
6. Check the system for proper operation.
