Test 11, Relay to ECA Continuity Check

1. Using ohmmeter, check for continuity between relay terminal 85 and ECA pin 22.
2. If there is continuity, problem is not in fuel pump circuit.
3. If there is no continuity, repair open in circuit, then repeat TEST 1 to verify fuel pump operation.
