Removal and Installation

Remove
1. Remove the drive belts.
2. Remove the water pump pulley.
3. Remove the four bolts holding the cover.
4. Remove the cover.

Install

1. Be sure the cover and its mounting surface on the engine are clean.
2. Install the cover and the four retaining bolts.
3. Torque the bolts to 8 to 12 N-m (71 to 106 lb-in.).
