Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REVISED REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the accessory drive belts.

2. Connect the Engine Support Bar to the engine.

3. With the engine supported, remove the right hand side engine mount bolt.

4. Lower the engine at the right side until the crankshaft damper bolt clears the frame rail and remove the damper bolt.

5. Raise the engine and then remove the engine damper with Crankshaft Pulley Wrench.
