The automatic level control system, Figs. 1 and 2, is used on 1985---87 Crown Victoria, Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Car models and is an addition to the standard rear suspension system and adjusts the vehicles trim height with varying vehicle loads automatically. The system consists of air adjustable rear shocks, a compressor assembly, air dryer with minimum retention valve, exhaust solenoid, compressor relay, rotary height sensor, microcomputer, connecting wiring and nylon tubing..
