Removal and Installation
4-153 ENGINE1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Using suitable {1-2} inch drive socket wrench, rotate tensioner pulley clockwise and remove alternator and power steering belts.
3. Position suitable drain pan under pump, then disconnect pressure and return lines and allow fluid to drain.
4. Using hub puller T69L-10300-B or equivalent, remove pulley from shaft.
5. Remove three pump-to-bracket attaching bolts, then the pump.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
