Throttle Valve Cable/Linkage: Adjustments

1. Using a pair of pliers, remove the cable retaining clip located near the throttle body routing bracket.
2. ROTATE the throttle body lever to the wide-open position.
3. While holding the lever in the wide-open position, install the cable clip and RELEASE the lever.
