Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect electrical connector at air bypass valve.
3. Remove two air bypass valve attaching screws.
4. Remove air bypass valve and gasket. If it is necessary to remove old gasket material from gasket surfaces, be careful not to damage gasket surfaces or drop gasket material into throttle body.
5. Reverse procedure to install, using new gasket. Torque attaching screws to 6-8 inch lbs.
