Position locator tool D85P-6135-A or equivalent into center hole of sleeve T71P-6135-P1, Fig. 5, then place piston onto locator. Locator will align pin bores in piston and rods and will also serve as a pilot for piston pin. Press piston into place using tool No. T81P-6135-A2 or equivalent. Assemble piston to rod with arrow facing front of engine and numbered side of rod facing exhaust manifold side of engine, Fig. 6. Check side clearance between connecting rods at each crankshaft journal. Clearance should be .004---.011 inch.
